Annette is the strategic lead of the overall Accelerating Healthcare Access initiative. Next to being a totally enthusiastic volunteer at Philips Foundation, Annette works for Philips Capital, being in charge for Southern Europe & Africa. Annette loves outdoor activities, her preferences being horse riding and running. Travelling and interacting with various cultures is also one of her passions.
Anoushka is the Programme Lead of the Accelerating Healthcare Access initiative, this is part of her wider role as Programme Manager in the Philips Foundation, responsible for mobilising the 70,000 Philips people and capabilities in service of the mission of the Philips Foundation; To reduce healthcare inequality by increasing access to healthcare for disadvantaged communities. Anoushka is a super proud mum of Owain (14), regularly travels between Amsterdam and Oslo, loves swimming and the theatre, as well as renovating houses.
Aroa is the Global Partnership Manager for Accelerating Healthcare Access, coordinating all teams and activities accross the partnership. Aroa is part of Ashoka's Global Partnerships Team, where she works in different initiatives to instutionalise best practices in partnership management and development. She's based in London and spends all her free time escaping to the beautiful English countriside with her dog Riley and exploring London's jazz scene.
Ashwin is the healthcare sector expert for Accelerating Healthcare Access. A Senior Ashoka Fellow, Ashwin is a healthcare entrepreneur with interests in primary healthcare and mental health. He is the cofounder of Vaatsalya Hospitals and Seraniti. He is working on his upcoming book - The Healthcare Gamechangers due in late 2018.
Dan leads the local facilitation in the Netherlands for Accelerating Healthcare Access. Away from this he is the Community Builder for Ashoka Netherlands, which basically means that he is involved in everything. When he’s not building communities, he loves hanging out with his family and eating good food.
Erlijn is the Partnership Co-Lead at Ashoka, responsible for overall strategy of the Accelerating Healthcare Access initiative. Next to being director of Ashoka Nederlands the last 3 years, and now Global Corporate partnership & Allliance manager, Erlijn is a social entrepreneur herself, being the co-founder of Microkrediet voor Moeders, an MFI operating in South & Southeast Asia providing small loans to entreprising women. Erlijn's ambition is to contribute to a more just economy, accessible for the poor, with a special focus on social enterpreneurship, inclusive finance and Asia.
Katie supports impact measurement in the partnership. She supports the partnership in addition to her full-time position in the Strategic Partnerships and Alliances team at Philips as a Program Manager. In her free time, Katie enjoys running (currently training for her first marathon) and learning Dutch.
Koen supports the organization of the Accelerating Healthcare Access Ecosystem day in Eindhoven. Besides this, he is a program manager at the Philips Foundation, focusing on initiating and managing projects with global and local NGOs and humanitarian organization around the world. Koen is a keen runner and loves to travel the world by bicycle.
Margot Cooijmans is in the Accelerating Healtcare Access team as the Director of the Philips Foundation, inspiring all to connect the mission of the Philips Foundation to the mission of the selected Fellows, working towards increasing impact on healthcare access and system improvement. Being a mother of two grown up kids, all efforts, including the ones as a former politician, as a member of several supervisory boards in other companies, are always aimed at a more sustainable future for all.
Maria is the Partnership Co-lead. Besides of this exciting role, Maria is the Co-Director of Ashoka Globalizer, a program she co-founded in 2010 to help social entrepreneurs scale their impact and to re-shape the field of social scaling. Maria joined Ashoka in 2003 to launch Ashoka Spain and to support the setup of Ashoka in Western Europe. When she's not busy working with Ashoka Fellows around the world, Maria enjoys running out in the wild, playing the piano with her eldest son and reading to her youngest daughter.

Michela is the Program Lead for Globalizer and Collaborative Action, coordinating the larger team on all activities, strategy and reporting related to these two programs. Outside Accelerating Healthcare Access, Michela works for Ashoka's Globalizer team as Program Manager. Michela has a background in law and sustainability. She lives in Malta and will take any excuse to get out in nature.
Olina is the content lead for the Accelerating Healthcare Access. Till recently, Olina was part of the Venture and Fellowship team at Ashoka India, and help build a strong and diverse network of Ashoka Fellows across the country. Besides this, Olina is a career writer and communications strategist. She has a background in literature, journalism, creative writing and social development. Olina has written for several prestigious Indian news outlets, focusing on the intersection of human rights, policy and current affairs. She lives in New Delhi.
Rachel leads communications efforts for the Accelerating Healthcare Access collaboration. Additionally, she serves as the Digital Content Manager for Ashoka Changemakers and manages Ashoka's global social media channels. When she's not storytelling for social good, Rachel enjoys urban hikes around Washington, DC and mastering complicated recipes in her kitchen.
